Head Office, Mrs. Preeyaporn Tangpaosak (2nd from left), President and Director, Mr. Somboon Setsuntipong (1st from left), Vice President – Finance and Accounting of ALT Telecom Plc. (ALT) together with Mr. Kijja Sripatthangkura (2nd from right), Chief Executive Officer and Mr. Peerawat Pumthong (1st from right), Chief Business Development Officer of Ratchaburi Electricity Generating Holding Plc. (RATCH),signed the underground optical cable network joint venture agreement to establish a joint venture company in Thailand in order to make investments in other related businesses in support of future growth. It is expected that the establishment of the joint venture company will be completed by April 2019 with registered capital of 1 million Baht.
